Christmas Shipping for the U.S. 2024

Due to the high volume of orders and postal delays, we recommend placing orders for Christmas delivery by December 12th. 

Regular Shipping Schedule:

Most orders usually ship within 1-3 days (except weekends (peak holiday seasons may take longer), and are delivered within 3-6 business days. For very large orders (30+ DVDs), we will contact you once we receive your order to schedule shipment which will be determined based on the size. International orders are usually delivered 4-6 weeks after shipment from the U.S.

All orders will have a tracking number which you will receive the day before shipping. Once orders have been processed and shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent via email when your order is fulfilled from our site. (Please allow 24 hours after shipment for your tracking information to update in USPS's tracking system.)

Shipping is paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. All DVDs are guaranteed. If an item is lost during shipping, the seller will ship a replacement item at no cost to the buyer. If an item is damaged during shipping, the buyer must return the item to seller within 7 days, buyer pays return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned item, the seller will replace the item at no additional cost to the buyer.
